Working on significant business transformation programmes for some of the UK's most well-known companies in both the private and public sectors across a range of industries, Simon has used the insight gained to develop an approach based on best practice and common sense, that is easily adapted to meet the specific needs of any organisation and situation. Simon is also an examiner for an internationally recognised business analysis qualification.
